Tec Antibody

Description: TEC Protein Tyrosine Kinase, is an enzyme that in humans is encoded by the TEC gene. The protein encoded by this gene belongs to the Tec family of non-receptor protein-tyrosine kinases containing a pleckstrin homology domain. By fluorescence in situ hybridization, Sato et al.(1994) mapped the gene to 4p12, the same location reported for TXK. Mouse Tec is a non-receptor type protein-tyrosine kinase that is highly expressed in many hematopoietic cell lines. Hantschel et al.(2007) identified TEC kinase and BTK kinase as major binders of the tyrosine kinase inhibitor dasatinib, which is used for treatment of BCR/ABL-positive CML.

Matched Pair Tissue Slides - Kidney Tissue

10-400-MPPT 1 pack
EUR 241.8
Description: The Matched Pair Paraffin Tissue (MPPT) slides are designed for identifying tumor-specific/metastasis genes or proteins. Slices from normal and malignant tissues are mounted on each MPPT slide which can then be treated as a single histological slide for H&E staining, immunohistochemistry, or in situ hybridization. This format allows a rapid analysis of protein expression and localization across normal and cancerous tissue.

Human Synovial Tissue Frozen Tissue Block

ABC-TC3827 1 vial Ask for price
Description: Human synovial tissue embedded in OCT is isolated from a single donor. This tissue has been isolated and quickly frozen in OCT blocks using isopentane. Synovial tissue can enable your knowledge of disease mechanisms and allows you to correlate clinical symptoms with pathology. Most importantly these observations may lead to the discovery of new therapeutic targets in arthritis disease. This tissue has been isolated from a normal donor.Development period: Postnatal
